  1. NEOPICV2 is NEOPIC v.2.0 by G. Gregson (dated Feb. 16, 1992).  This is a
  2. NeoDesk III .ACC that will randomize the desktop picture displayed by the
  3. system (at bootup and/or after you leave an application). But that's not
  4. all!  It will allow you to randomly display pictures at will or to
  5. selectively do so by dragging a picture file (.PI?, .PC?, .NEO, and .IMG
  6. (mono only)).  It also allows you to grab any area of screen to be used
  7. as an icon in NeoDesk (grab your favorite software logos for use as
  8. icons!).  Color or mono.  Docs included.  49K uncompressed.
